Enrollment in the program operates on a “first come, first served” basis, although typically all interested students are accommodated.

Activities require a minimum of 4 participants to proceed, and any program with less than 4 registrations might face cancellation.

Timings

KG Timings: 1:30 – 2:30 pm

Elementary Timings: 2:30 – 3:30 pm

Middle & High School Timings: 2:30 – 3:30 pm

Cancelation: 

School administration reserves the right to cancel session date based on the needs of the school. Make-up days for missed sessions are at the discreet of the school administration.

NO REFUND or CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR STUDENTS WHO DROP OUT OF A CLUB or ARE ABSENT

Behavior Expectations:

• Students must listen to our teachers, and coaches, respond respectfully, and follow guidelines.
• Safety rules must be adhered to at all times.
• Cooperative and respectful collaboration with peers is expected.
• Students should remain focused and engaged in their activities.

Behavior/Discipline Policy:

Immediate implementation of the Behavior/Discipline policy with strict enforcement. Continued failure to meet behavior expectations may result in a student’s future participation being canceled. No refund for club removal due to improper behavior. Incidents are tracked per session.

First Incident: Phone Call
Second Incident: Parental Meeting, 1-day exclusion
Third Incident: Written Notification, Program withdrawal

Dismissal:

All students participating in after school clubs will be escorted to Gate 1 for dismissal. Timely pickup is essential. No supervision post-escort. Constant late pickups lead to removal without refund.

Northwest Bilingual School does not offer bus transportation for students participating in late clubs.
