Welcome to the 2026-2027 Academic Year at Northwest Bilingual School!
I am delighted to welcome you to a new academic year at Northwest Bilingual School.
As we continue to grow as a learning community, our focus for 2026–2027 is clear and intentional: Rooted in Heritage, Learning Through Discovery, and Excellence for the Future. These pillars reflect our commitment to honoring our values while preparing our students for the future.
At Northwest, we are proud to provide an environment that embraces Kuwaiti culture and Islamic values, while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. This year, we continue to ensure that our students’ learning experiences are purposeful, engaging, and meaningful at every stage of their journey.
Our strong emphasis on STEM education and Project-Based Learning (PBL) remains central to our academic program. Through these approaches, students develop not only knowledge, but also critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the confidence to apply their learning in real-life situations.
We are also strengthening our focus on learning through discovery, where students are actively involved in exploring, questioning, and understanding the world around them. From Kindergarten through to High School, our classrooms are designed to inspire curiosity and support each student’s growth.
Our student learning experiences and programs are carefully planned to enrich learning beyond the classroom, helping students make meaningful connections and build skills that will support them in the future.
We value the strong partnership between school and home, and we encourage you to stay connected through our website and communication channels, where you will find important updates and information throughout the year.
On behalf of the entire Northwest Bilingual School community, I warmly welcome our returning families and those joining us for the first time. Together, we look forward to a year filled with growth, success, and shared achievements.
Wishing you all a successful and inspiring academic year.
Ms. Zeina Sabbagh
